About Us

At BCF, we specialise in providing a range of financial services to businesses and property developers. We offer a professional intermediary service arranging business finance for our clients across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Our company BCF, has a proven track record of delivery using a range of financial lenders including building societies, merchant banks, venture capitalists and private funders.

We work with businesses to provide a hands-on management of the whole financial process, taking each transaction to it's conclusion and liaising with all of the other professionals involved including valuers, building surveyors, solicitors, accountants and the lending principals.

At BCF, our mission is to source the funds that businesses and property developers need in spite of the harsher lending conditions created by the banking system in recent times.

As a business, we have a strong heritage of arranging business finance and our Principal Director, David Brown has over 16 years experience within the industry. At BCF, we work across the whole of the UK but the majority of our work comes from central, southern England.

Directors Profile

The Managing Director of BCF is David Brown who is 47 and married with 3 children. David originally setup in business in Dorset in 1994 arranging commercial mortgages and development finance. The business was incorporated in 2002 when it moved to its current offices in Broadstone, Poole.

Outside of work, David's interests are his family, fine dining and wines, foreign holidays and spectator sports including football and motor racing.
