Development Finance

One of the specialities we offer at BCF is providing finance for property developers. We fund developers across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire using a range of merchant banks, venture capital companies and private funders.

We can obtain development finance for our property developer clients to assist them with progressing new builds and conversions and will consider identifying finance for any amount. However, as a business BCF typically works with loans between £500,000 and £6,000,000.

BCF doesn't just source funds, we work with our clients to actively manage the process. We recognise that to get funding for a property development deal concluded from start to finish requires ongoing liaison between all of the stakeholders involved. At BCF, we pride ourselves on ensuring that everything moves forward as quickly and smoothly as possible.
