Bridging Loans

As part of our portfolio, we can offer our clients more than just long-term financial solutions. At BCF, we can provide short-term finance or a bridging loan for a variety of purposes.

There are many reasons why this could provide the financial solution to a client's cash flow problems.
It could be to execute a very quick completion of a property acquisition or to bridge a period of time beyond which it will be possible to arrange a long-term commercial mortgage that cannot be delivered at that moment. A bridging loan may also be appropriate where a change in circumstances
is anticipated.

Whatever the reason BCF can provide their clients with the opportunity to obtain bridging loan finance from their range of financial lenders.
